Order & Tracking

  • Orders generally take 1-2 business days for processing.
  • A tracking number will be sent on the date the shipment is shipped.
  • Availability & price of product is subject to change at any time depending on inventory.

Payment & Shipping

  • PINKSTIX accepts Visa & Mastercard with Paypal for payment.
  • Paypal encrypts all confidential information using SSL technology.
  • GST & PST are not included for Canadian orders.
  • Sales taxes are included for US orders.
  • Flat rate $ 10.00 on ground service within Canada & $ 15.00 for Continental USA.
  • Ground shipping by Canada Post / USPS, Express shipment by Fedex.
  • PINKSTIX is not responsible for any duties or surcharges that might incur on shipping.
  • Canadian ground shipments should arrive 5-10 business days from the date of purchase.
  • US ground shipments should arrive 7-14 business days from the date of purchase.
  • Express shipping service available; please contact us for shipping rate information.
  • All shipments originate from Toronto, ON, Canada.

Returns & Exchange Policy

  • All regular price PINKSTIX handbags & purses are satisfaction guaranteed.
  • On regular price handbags & purses, we accept exchange or returns within 30 days of purchase.
  • All sale merchandise is FINAL SALE, no exchanges or returns.
  • All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
  • Shipping & other applicable surcharges will not be refunded.
  • For merchandise purchased from a retailer, it must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased, and is subject to the return policy of the originating retailer.

How to return an order

  1. Download and complete a Return Authorization form: .doc .txt
  2. Email the RA form to returns@pinkstix.com
  3. Once the RA form has been received, a RA number will be provided and email to you
  4. Send the merchandise back to our distribution centre; with the RA number clearly labeled on the box, otherwise it will be refused at the destination. Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling fees. We do not accept COD deliveries.
  5. After you have prepared and ship the merchandise back to us, please email us with the following information: Your name, Shipping / Courier name, Tracking number, Date the parcel was shipped
